ABA Fitness, located on the fifth floor of the ABA Business Center, is a contemporary standards gym, open to both the public and employees of the Center. ABA Fitness welcomes all levels of attendees aged 18 and above, from beginners to advanced.

The gym is divided into cardio and strength zones. It is equipped with changing rooms, showers, and a sauna. The ABA Fitness staff consists of field professionals, passionate and with years of experience. If you need special attention or a push to achieve your physical, health, or nutritional goals, our staff can assist you through personalized training sessions (personal training).
